We will offer either a reshipment of the correct or undamaged product at no additional cost, or a refund if preferred. Our goal is to resolve the issue quickly so you can fully enjoy your product. -
Incorrect Order:
If you receive the wrong order, please contact us immediately at help@miniscrapbook.co. We will verify the issue and offer a reshipment of the correct product at no additional cost, or a refund if that is your preferred option. We want to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. -
Missing Photos or Products:
If you receive fewer photos or products than you purchased, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer either a reshipment of the missing items at no additional cost or a partial refund for the missing items.
Quality Issues:

We do not offer refunds for quality-related concerns unless there is a clear difference between the product you receive and what is described on our product page, or if the printed photos are unclear or of poor quality. Refunds are only offered if there is a significant discrepancy, but we will always work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Personalized Items:
As all of our products are personalized to your specific request, we cannot easily resell them. Therefore, refunds are not generally offered for personalized items unless the issue is related to a damaged product, incorrect order, or missing items as described above.
